On 1st March 1969, a group of 7 committee members; Harry Turner, Warren Watts, Brett Purkiss, Wally Barnes, Evie Lawrence, Glad Sherman and Maurice Lawrence banded together, and Mt Pritchard and District Community Soccer club was born. Today, a 55 years later, Mounties Junior Soccer has grown to become one of the largest and most respected soccer clubs in the district.
Mounties Junior Soccer Club, whose home ground is Joe Broad Reserve, Florence St. Mt Pritchard, serves as a unifying force in the community that strives to enrich the lives of the area youth and adults by offering the opportunity for everyone to play the sport – regardless of age, ability, gender, race or socioeconomic status.
We offer age groups from U5s who play non-competitive through to senior age groups to play competitive full-field.
