PRESENTATION REMINDER

To all Coaches, Managers and Volunteers, Thank you for committing your time to Mounties Group Sub Clubs for the upcoming 2020 season.
The Mounties Club has a responsibility to ensure we provide a safe environment for children and therefore require people assisting in Sub Clubs (Junior soccer is one) where children are involved to undergo a Workingo With Children Check (WWCC).
The check is conducted by the NSW Government (Office of the Children's Guardian) and involves a national police check and a review of findings of misconduct.
If you already have a WWCC number, please provide this number when registering with the club. If you supplied it to us last year, then we should still have it on file, but be prepared to be asked for it just in case.
If not, you will need to apply for a Working With Children Check either on-line or over the phone (if you do not have access to a computer). As this process may take a few weeks, you will need to apply this week by following the steps below.
After you complete this, you will need to go to MyFootball Club and register your details as well. See the Attachments below for instructions on completing this. Also attached is the Registration form that needs to be completed for all new Coaches and Managers at Mounties. Anyone who was registered for Mounties last year does not need to complete this form, but will still need to do the Working with Children Check as well as registering with Mounties at My Football Club website.
All Coaches, Managers and Volunteers are also required to be Members of the Mounties Club itself and can be done anytime at the club in Member services. In summary, you need the WWC check, you need to register with MyFootballClub and you need to be a Mounties member.
ON-LINE
PHONE (if you do not have access to a computer)
Please note that your appointment is conditional upon receiving clearance from the Office of the Children's Guardian.
